Welcome! I’m Lisa. I love my work and I’m biased towards the idea of therapy for everyone all the time, but let’s begin by talking about how things end:

We’ll know our work is done when you feel confident that you can navigate your emotional seasons with the insight and strategies we develop together. You should notice increased peace and satisfaction in your relationship with yourself and others, your energy for daily life, and preparedness to weather future storms.

The goal of therapy is to end therapy. With that in mind, dream big: What would your days, months, years be like without the obstacles of certain memories, thoughts, emotions, or patterns of behavior? Trauma, pain, or loss may be a part of your story, but we’ll work together to grow a narrative where you flourish: transforming difficult experiences into fertile grounds for a rich existence.
